Easy Cheesy Potatoes

A DIVA Brunch is not complete without this dish.

Easy Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 large bags frozen hashed brown potatoes
  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 1 pint + low fat sour cream
  • 1 bag + shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup + Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place mixture in a 13 x9 baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan and cheddar on top as well. Bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the edges start to crisp.
